Public Health Senior Leadership and Management professionals have high-level positions at hospitals, medical centers,  healthcare-related organizations, community, non-profit and/or government agencies. These roles provide oversight and  leadership for the overall functioning of an organization and/or specific departments. Responsibilities may include analyzing  operations to evaluate performance, fiscal operations and oversight, hiring, training, and supervision of key high-level  managers/department heads, developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures, communicating with  governing boards, organization officials, and department heads, strategic planning, and leading/serving on governing boards  and committees.
