Program Evaluation & Quality Control


Program evaluation is an important part of public health efforts to ensure they are effective and have the intended effects.  Program evaluators have strong knowledge of program planning, research methods (survey design and data collection), and  skills in analysis, writing, and policy and procedure development. Quality improvement specialists assess health programs to  ensure program quality and/or patient safety as well as compliance with regulations.
